We also add meat marinade. Place in the oven at 220 degrees. When the meat is brown, turn the thighs on the other side and mix the potatoes. After 10 minutes, take the bowl out of the oven, turn the thighs again and prepare a mayonnaise sauce with pepper, salt, crushed garlic and a little paprika. Grease the thighs and put them back in the oven ... reduce the heat a little and leave them for another 15 minutes, until they are ready to brown.
