I made it too, yes, and I liked it :) I took the recipe from Cristina Mazilu's website, but without options: P (this after reading some "banana bread" recipes ...) .
- 120 g butter,
- 200 g sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- 250 g flour,
- 1/2 teaspoon salt,
- 1 teaspoon baking soda,
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed.
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Banana bread:
Mix the butter with the sugar until a creamy mixture is formed; add eggs and mix.
Separately mix the flour with the salt and baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix well.
We incorporate the bananas.
Pour the composition into a cake pan, lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees in the preheated oven, until the cake passes the toothpick test (about 1 hour).
You can also add nuts to the composition.
